The ambiance of The Village and its down-to-earth employees are what make it unique among the other bars on the Ventura Strip. The Village intertwines the elegance of an exclusive members only club with the intimacy and carefree feel of a local tavern. The 2400 square-­foot venue holds up to 250 patrons and is hidden from the busy Boulevard by frosted glass windows, its only entrance a large wooden door hidden on the side of the building. The inside of The Village includes a study with shelves full of vintage books and unique trinkets. A Moroccan-­?themed seating area next to the study can be hidden from the rest of the venue by closed drapes for private parties and events. Bottle service, a set menu and specialty cocktails are available in the private area. The Village boasts a 1200 square foot retractable outdoor patio (the largest on Ventura Boulevard), with industrial accents along with a fire pit, Edison bulb lighting, and a hidden photo booth. Also unique to The Village is an outdoor brick pizza oven, where patrons will be able to custom-­?order their personal pizzas and have them made in front of them. A large u-­?shaped bar runs from study to the patio so customers in each area can easily order cocktails and small bites.
